Tierra Verde represents an important chapter in the early development history of Paradise Homes Costa Rica. Established in 2007, this intimate gated residential community encompasses approximately six hectares in the lush hills of Uvita and was thoughtfully planned as just 11 homesites, preserving the privacy, natural beauty, and tropical character of the property.

 

Paradise Homes Costa Rica was responsible for the complete development of the community—from planning and infrastructure to the gated entrance and guard house. Our team also managed the sales and marketing of the development and went on to design and construct three of the residences within Tierra Verde.

 

The community was designed around its natural setting, with established jungle, creeks, green areas, ocean and mountain views, and generous homesites integrated into the landscape. Infrastructure included internal access, drainage, water and utility systems, creating a private residential environment while remaining only minutes from Uvita and the beaches of Marino Ballena.

 

Tierra Verde reflects an approach that continues to define Paradise Homes today: understanding the land first, developing responsibly, and creating communities and residences designed to coexist with Costa Rica’s extraordinary natural environment.
