Her responsibilities range from continuous administrative support and direct assistance to team members, to end-to-end purchasing management, priority vendor relations, and logistical coordination for material transport across projects.
She is distinguished by her efficiency, sense of responsibility, and proactive ability to resolve unforeseen challenges quickly and seamlessly, always ensuring optimal operational flow and continuous growth.

University graduate in Accounting and Business Administration, with over 12 years of specialized experience in personnel management, recruitment, payroll administration, severance processing, and labor compliance.
Her role encompasses continuous administrative support, the accurate preparation of documentation for procedures and permits, as well as attentive resolution of employee inquiries. She holds technical training in Customer Service and Taxation, complementing her comprehensive operational perspective.
She stands out for her high level of commitment, steady dedication, and ability to execute both daily tasks and strategic priorities with the utmost promptness, rigor, and efficiency.

Josue is a seasoned technical draftsman specializing in architectural plans and 3D modeling. With 12 years of experience in the construction industry and a decade of expertise as a graphic designer, he proficiently uses AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and Photoshop. His skills extend to project management, materials coordination, and budgeting. In 2018, Josue earned a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Sciences and Arts of Costa Rica, solidifying his foundation in the field and enhancing his professional capabilities.









Granitos Naranjo is one of the countertop companies we use depending on materials selected for a build. Founded over 12 years ago in San Isidro, Pérez Zeledón, they are experts in cut, carved and polished materials such as granite, quartz, onyx, travertines and marble, among other stones. They meet our objectives timely and give our customers the highest quality products, differentiating themselves in the market for their thorough attention to detail.




Marco is our electrical engineer and with almost 20 years of experience, he makes our houses safe. He also knows what we like when it comes to lighting plans. With today’s lighting options, you may choose to go extreme. He’ll make sure our wattage loads are handled correctly. He has been a member of CFIA since August 2002.

Esteban is an architectural draftsman with 15 years of experience in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup and Lumion. He has a degree in industrial engineering and has been growing with us for many years. We’ve trained him to adapt our standards and understand our clients’ needs.

Ivannia Zuñiga is a passionate Interior Designer with two years of experience in the field. Her career has been marked by collaborating with us. Her style is an artful fusion of nature’s palette, showcasing vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and natural textures. These elements seamlessly intertwine to create a timeless projection of Tropical Modern Contemporary Living.
However, her true strength lies in her ability to connect with clients on a personal level, forming lasting friendships. This connection allows her to create spaces that reflect her clients’ vision and preferences. Her dedication to her craft and clients is evident in her ever-growing portfolio, which she takes great pride in.

Wendolyn Garita Solís, draftsman of architectural plans, with 12 years of experience in the construction field and 6 years of experience as a graphic designer using autocad, revit and lumion programs, as well as in charge of inspection and facilitation of materials in construction works in various builders. In 2016 I obtained the Bachelor’s degree in Architecture at the University of Sciences and Art of Costa Rica.

Julián is an experienced architect and co-founder of Paradise Homes Costa Rica. He has been duly registered and accredited with the Federated College of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica since 1999.
Julian and Ben started working together in 2006 and have since maintained a valued partnership. With over 18 years as a licensed architect, Julián is highly qualified to design and engineer any project. He is renowned for finding solutions before challenges arise, and his creativity and experience have been instrumental in designing well-engineered houses that fit any budget.
Julián’s expertise extends to project management, materials coordination, and budgeting. His internal team includes electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, civil engineers, and draftsmen, allowing him to create every detail needed to ensure your house is finished to your exact specifications.
Together, Julián and Ben continually explore new ideas and innovative ways to make our houses stand out from the rest.

Ben Morris is a professional landscape architect with over 28 years of experience in design, construction, project operations, sales, and marketing. He has completed many notable projects across Costa Rica, including a $12-million eco community in Guanacaste called Tierra Pacifica, and the 6500-square-foot masterpiece, Casa Big Sur in Dominical.
In these projects, Ben was at the helm of design and construction but also managed sales, marketing, accounting, legal procedures, road infrastructure, energy efficiency, security, and more. Living in Costa Rica full time for the last 18 years has provided him with an essential combination of experience and attitude needed to start and complete developments in the Southern Zone.
He received his BSLA from Cal Poly Pomona in 2000. After working for several firms and engaging in large-scale planning, he started Land Systems, a design-build company, before moving to Costa Rica.
