We completed a 220-acre, $12 million dollar development named Tierra Pacifica in Guanacaste. It included 76 home sites, 18 of which were custom homes. We developed major infrastructure including a club house, pools, a tennis court, basketball court, a lake, and guard entrance. The final phase was a $4million dollar commercial center with condos, a grocery store, a restaurant and various commercial units.
