Originally, this property was not considered a viable building site. Through creative problem-solving and precise planning on our part, we transformed it into a three-story tropical modern home that fully integrates with its surroundings.

The ocean views from the master bathroom are truly striking, while a custom wine room tucked beneath the staircase adds a refined interior touch, aligned with luxury home construction in the South Pacific of Costa Rica. A synthetic palm roof was selected to enhance durability and optimize the visual experience from the upper level, especially when viewed from above.
