Casa Sea Forever

Casa Sea Forever was built in Ojochal during a slower market, with the intention of raising the standard of high-end homes in the area as a luxury home in Ojochal, Costa Rica. Despite initial skepticism, the home sold before construction was completed, validating both the vision and execution.

A creative use of space includes a private gym located beneath the elevated pool, maximizing functionality while maintaining the clean architectural lines typical of a fully custom-built home.
