Built for two families who have been lifelong friends, Casa Amigo por la Vida lives up to its name. The architectural floor plan became one of our most popular designs and has since been adapted multiple times with minor variations, always maintaining the focus of exclusive home construction Costa Rica aimed at creating unique and personalized residences.

The pool sits directly along the edge of the community’s internal road, which required significant structural and engineering solutions to ensure safety, privacy, and durability, all seamlessly integrated into the final design.
