Built on one of the most challenging sites we have worked on, the Hailey Residence is located on an extremely steep slope with very limited buildable space for the main home, the pool, and the guest house. Rather than fighting the land, we embraced it.
The concept was to make the house “float” over the edge, which led to complex and highly precise engineering. The highlight is a 27-foot cantilevered pool, dramatically suspended over the hillside. The result is a modern tropical residence conceived as a custom luxury home, with a striking visual impact that feels both daring and effortless.
